Particularly suited to anyone who wants a motorcycle timepiece that represents a utilitarian attitude, and something that allows your dark, moody side to come out.
Each Darkside casing is machined from aircraft aluminium and is then beautifully Powder Coated Mirror Gloss Black, providing a finish that will not rust, fade, chip or pit like chrome and will provide years of easy maintenance.
Our Darkside Freeway Bar Clock will fit on the 7/8" bars of all makes of motorcycles. Other sizes are available by special order - please contact us for details.
Not sure of the size of your handlebars? The most common handlebar size for H-D and Cruiser motorcycles is 1"; however just to make 100% sure, you can measure the circumference of the bar at a straight section using either a piece of string, paper or a tape measure. A 1" bar will measure 3 1/8" (79.37mm), a 7/8" bar will measure 2 3/4" (69.85mm) and a custom fat or chubby bar (usually 1 1/4") will measure 3 7/8" (98.42mm) around.
All of our Darkside powder coated casings are processed in a professional powder coating facility that specialises in industrial finishing, providing a quality, long lasting durable finish!
Each casing incorporates a water-proof quartz clock.
The clock is available with a choice of combination styles - Black Face/Chrome Bezel or White Face/Chrome Bezel.
All clocks feature Luminescent hands and dials and have a "soft gasket" mounting system that helps insulate against the damaging effects of vibration. The clocks feature a metal case and special gasket that seals the lens and protects the movement from being damaged by water. Clocks are Triple plated for durability and incorporate scratch resistant glass lens. A Long life battery is pre-installed and ready to use.
Installation is very easy and takes only a few minutes. Attractively packaged and fully guaranteed.
Our clock casings are not a generic one-size fits all component as offered by other retailers - they are specifically designed to fit the stem nuts of the stated models!
Also our casings are not the usual mass produced low grade products made in the Far East that are offered by everyone else - these are Precision-crafted from excellent materials by Pro-Street Cycles in the UK - ask anyone else if their's are!.
